Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are available only in the event that services/products do not meet the agreed upon terms. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or delivery date. After this time, a cancellation fee may apply
